The nice furnished guestroom has about 15 m². It contains a cupboard and a desk made of  spruce. The floor is carpeted - the right place for single persons.

Beside the living room is a modern bathroom which belongs to the guestroom (also 15 m²). Both rooms are connected by an own corridor.

It is a ground-floor room with a separate entrance.
