Humans called this ammonite Cheloniceras speciale (sp.). 120 million years ago it lived in a sea Jahren near Agadir/Marokko (upper aptian stage or: Lower cretaceous). The animal which is shown here is characterized
by its exceptional diameter (until 58 cm), with the normal characteristics of this species: ripps, which do not fan out und pass the keel, planispiral.
