We have got the following conditions for fitters:

1.) Cash payment in advance when you arrive following receipt of the invoice      (if you stay a longer time invoice can be splittet)
2.) Our flats are non-smoker smoking is only allowed outside the flats
3.) No entering of the flats with working shoes
4.) Clearing up the flat und and cleaning of the kitchen when leaving
     (so final cleaning fee is not necessary)
